ACCEPT SOFTWARE EXPANDS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM TO DRIVE WORLDWIDE GROWTH

SAP and Telelogic Veterans Bring World-Class Sales and Partnership Expertise to Innovator of Distributed Product Planning and Requirements Management

FREMONT, CA —December 13, 2006 Accept Software Corporation™ today announced that it has expanded its executive team to increase its worldwide presence. Kenneth A. Maier joins Accept Software as vice president of alliances and Stephen Turner joins as senior vice president of sales. The new executives, each with over twenty years’ experience in building sales, solid alliances and strong brands, join Accept Software to develop relationships and sales opportunities worldwide.

Accept 360° is a software platform for managing innovation and product planning, for both current and future products.  The system allows distributed product teams, including product managers, strategic planners, and product engineers to collaborate in making and implementing the best decisions about which products to build and which features to include.  Accept 360°’s capacity to manage requirements and cross-product dependencies in the context of products, portfolios, competitors, and resources give Accept Software’s customers unparalleled abilities to make intelligent decisions about how to improve today’s products and to identify tomorrow’s.

“Real-world requirements management experience has demonstrated to me and many others that it is painful to support strategic and tactical product planning processes,” said Stephen Turner, Accept Software senior vice president sales. “Accept addresses this pain like no other solution and the customer feedback is so positive and enthusiastic that I jumped at the chance to join the team.”

“I welcome Ken and Stephen to our team,” said James Davies, CEO, Accept Software. “Their experience within our core markets of requirements management and product road-mapping help Accept prepare for and ultimately accomplish tremendous growth.”

“Accept Software fills the large gap between companies’ needs for intelligent innovation and the products and services available to meet those needs in the market,” said Accept Software vice president of alliances, Ken Maier. “It’s critically important to recognize the relationship between Requirements, Customer Needs, Strategic Planning, and Portfolio Management. Everything involved in product planning is inter-related; from building alliances to product development. My goal is to make sure that our partners and customers use Accept 360° to secure an unfair competitive advantage and capture their markets.”
