Job Description: Inside Sales Representative

Position:

We’re looking to expand our sales team with an energetic and aggressive self starter. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities. You’ll be working with sales teams and territories to build a lead/sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound cold calls to generate sales leads.
  • Conduct qualification, discovery and other pre-sales calls with prospects.
  • Build qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up.
  • Route “Qualified Opportunities” to the appropriate Account Executive for further development and closure.
  • Secure appointments for the sales team for on-site product demonstrations.
  • Manage a large prospect base using Salesforce automation tools.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in lead qualification, telesales or customer service experience.
  • Must be comfortable with picking up the phone and further prospecting potential clients.
  • Some CRM experience is a plus.
  • A self-starter with confidence to achieve measurable goals and meet established quotas.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Some track record of maintaining a consistent call/activity volume and achieving measurable goals.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
