Job Description: Implementation Consultant

Accept’s SaaS-based solutions cover the product lifecycle from collecting and assessing Voice-of-Customer/Voice-of-Market data through collaborative applications for product planning and requirements management. Position

We are currently seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Solutions Group (“CSG”). The Consultant will work with other team members in CSG to understand the specific needs of each new Accept customer, to configure Accept’s SaaS-based solution to meet those needs, and to provide post-configuration training and support to the customers. This is a customer-facing role that carries large responsibility for the customer’s success with Accept.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Accept’s solutions and how to deploy those solutions to maximize our customers’ success in product management, product development and portfolio management.
  • Become an expert in Accept’s reporting solutions, including both standard and custom reports.
  • Analyze customers’ business requirements, needs, and objectives and map them to Accept Software’s SaaS solutions.
  • Configure Accept’s solutions to meet the customers’ business needs and objectives.
  • Provide customer training, both during implementation and post-implementation.
  • Contribute to project management and account relationship management.
  • Work with Accept resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2+ years experience in a technical Implementation Consultant role.
  • Some enterprise software experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, project planning and scoping experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Travel up to 50%.
